01. Design Scope & Blueprints

REVISIONS LIMIT
  • Clear Intel Briefing: You must supply precise design briefs before the crew deploys. If your directions are vague, our specialists will design based on standard blueprints. We are not liable if you receive a layout color that you didn't specify.
  • Revision Allocation: Every contract includes **3 Major Revisions** (concept changes and layout adjustments). We do not tolerate endless tweaking without operational funding.
  • Additional Missions: Need extra modifications? No problem. Additional revisions are treated as extra operations and incur a fee of **$15 USD each**.
  • Deliverable Vault: You receive finalized high-quality PNG/JPG raster assets. The raw source materials (such as PSD or AI design files) remain locked in our private vault unless negotiated separately.

02. Payments & Refund Vaults

FINANCIAL FLOW
  • 100% Upfront Funding: Creative engines do not boot up without full deposit confirmation. No heist setup begins without clear clearance codes.
  • Non-Refundable Operations: Once the design process is initialized, **all payments are locked in the vault and non-refundable**. Since this involves custom manual labor and server bandwidth allocations, you cannot ask Jason & Lucia to give your heist cut back once the work has begun.

03. Anti-Exposure Racketeering

BARTER PROTECTION
  • No Bartering: We do not accept "partnerships," "shoutouts," or "exposure" as currency. The electric bills for our servers are paid in cash, not visibility tokens. If there is no budget, there is no project.
  • Collaboration Rules: An official partnership with AD Studio is a separate layer of collaboration, which never replaces the standard professional fees for actual work.

04. Operational Timelines & Command

WORKFLOW STACK
  • Turnaround Metric: Typical deployment time is **3 to 7 business days**, depending on general Vice City bridge traffic and local F.I.B. heat levels.
  • One Captain Rule (One Voice): To avoid communication crossfire, assign exactly one decision-maker from your crew to deliver feedback. If multiple crew members issue conflicting commands, the operation halts.
  • Approved Phase Lockdown: Once a design stage is marked "Approved" by your crew, it is permanently locked. Re-opening a closed stage incurs a **$15 USD re-entry penalty** to cover resource resetting.

05. Professional Conduct & IP Shield

LEGAL DEFENSE
  • Hostility Protocol: We maintain professional channels. Verbal harassment or toxic behavior will trigger the immediate eject button faster than a stolen sports car flying off a Vice City ramp.
  • Hostile Chargebacks (5-Star Wanted Level): Charging back payments is treated as a hostile breach of syndicate trust. Doing so will trigger an automatic 5-star wanted level, a permanent ban from our networks, public blacklisting, and reporting to legal channels.
  • Ownership Shield: Upon final vault clearance, you receive full usage rights for the final design. However, reselling our layouts or claiming authorship is strictly prohibited.
